Work as Photographer for Airbnb

HI, thi sis Kake García Venezuelan Photographer living in Panama for 8 years now. I have been trying to apply as Photographer here in Panama as there is a lot of properties across the country and I specialize in Weddings and Real Estate and Hospitality Photography but I can not find a way to achieve this goal (please excuse my English). So, how can I become an Airbnb Photographer?
