I'm not sure.  I paid for my Airbnb to optimize.  The book is "Optimize Your BNB" by Daniel V. Rusteen.  He reviews your site and makes changes.  As a bonus he gives you a Uber/Lift discount code.  I wish I knew how to do it.   Sorry.
