adding a payment method and how to change the pin

hi, hope someone out there can help me. its a long story so i'll cut to the chase.....after months of not being able to verify myself,(i had started to wonder if i was a figment of my own imagination), I now have to enter a payment method and put a PIN in. I didn't even know I had one. i have searched the site on how to find/change it to no avail. I've been with Airbnb for 4 years and never had to do this before. its driving me crazy and I'd also like my payments. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.
