@Valerie1112 When new listing goes live, Airbnb gives them a temporary, artificial boost in the search results to get off the ground. After a few weeks, that boost expires and your listing takes a more normal place among the competition. Of course there's no default "page 3," because every user searches with different filters and parameters, so you'll still come out on top for some guests. But this is the main reason that interest seems to drop off after the first month.
Your listing looks really nice and should have a lot of appeal as it accumulates more reviews for your currently booked stays. The photos look really sharp overall, though if you're advertising "best sunsets," "mountain view," and "beaches nearby," those would also be great things to show visually.
Detail-oriented folks might be a bit distracted by the beautiful back porch seeming to drop off into a pit of dirt, which might be an inadvertent metaphor. Your listing text describes the home as "in a word, 'Boujee,'" which in slang terms means "phony and pretentious - pretending to be of higher class than one really is." If that is not the message you want to convey, perhaps a bit of a touch-up on the details would be helpful.
