airbnb cleaner becomes host

I am a airbnb cleaner who has decided to list a room in my house on airbnb. i know how to make sure my guest have a eye catching experience along with top notch cleanliness. but i don’t know how well the protection of any accidents or anything taken from my property. should i carry extra insurance besides what airbnb provides?
