airbnb no help

The landlord of the house I rented sent me a different location and a bad house from whatpp 2 hours before check-in and said that the house I rented was being renovated and that's why he wants me to stay in a worse house that is farther away. I am looking for airbnb help, no one is answering, it is impossible to reach them, I am writing, hours have passed but there is no result and unfortunately I have to make a reservation somewhere else outside.

It is definitely regretful, there is nothing like this indifference and incompetence.

I'm sorry your booking did not go as planned, and you felt you did not get the support you needed afterwards. As it has now been a little while, I wanted to check in and see how the situation had progressed?
