At least on my listing--I can create a higher (or lower) price for weekends if I want. Only works if you don't use demand pricing (I don't). My market isn't really affected by the day of the week but I could see this being helpful to others Latest reply by Annie1372

Dear Fellow hosts, When calculating your turnover for a holiday let, do you include the nightly rate plus any other fees (cleaning for example) as your gross turnover or should you also include the airbnb guest fee (c15% on top)? Many thanks Ben Latest reply by Mike-And-Jane0
