How can I open a business license for my Airbnb in SeaTac WA for tax purposes

SC has a 7% accommodations tax. Airbnb collects 8% most the time. Sometimes 9%. Anyone else see similar problems? Latest reply by Joffre11

In my city, Airbnb collects occupancy taxes and submits them for us. The occupancy tax does not need to be collected for any stay longer than 28 days, but it is unclear to me if Airbnb still collects this. Does anyone know? Thanks! Latest reply by Ann56
