I haven't received my payout

Can anyone help me. I have a Guest that paid ArB, and ArB said the guest paid, but ArB is not forwarding the payment to my account and they are saying they don't know why it's not forwarding.

This is our second year as AIRBNB hosts following a year with great business and all (67) 5star reviews. Last January, our first, was nearly full. This year we have not had an inquiry, what has changed? "Cottage Suite", Chanhassen, MN

Just had a group of guests in my house in Tampa. [Guest], and [Guest]. They booked 1 night on same day, then 9 more nights. On night 6 I realized I never got paid, and it’s over $1700.. I depend on that money. I got distracted, I should’ve noticed day 3....
