Thank you Helen!, it sounds very nice and I can separate for payments? I mean to create two different account banks? one flat one bank account and the other flat with their account bank...

@Martina1089 there are some other considerations as well. Its hard to help not knowing your situation but be aware that Airbnb will report the earnings of both flats to HMRC in your name. If the flats are owned by others it might make more sense to have the owners list the flats and have you as a co host.

Thank you @Mike-And-Jane0 , I appreciate it very much.
Due I'm a new in Arbn, I'm learning many things and I'm being advising by you and another lovely co- guests, etc.
Yes, I will be the co-guest for this case. Very useful your information. I'll keep in mind this one.
Thank you!

In which case why are you setting up the listings up under your profile. They should be set up under the owners and yourself added as the cohost. @Martina1089

If you are managing the second listing on behalf of someone else, the listing should be set up under their name as the owner and yourself added as the cohost. @Martina1089

Have you found the Airbnb Help website?  If not have a look it has FAQs around most aspects of running your STR business on Airbnb.

Yes @Helen3 , I'm contacting today with Airbnb Help support online chat and I think that I must be advised very well about this topic before to add a new list property.
Thank you so much for taking your time regarding my query!

Hi @Martina1089! Adding to Mike and Helen's suggestions, I am also sharing a help article that might help you with some more details on how to manage multiple listings: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/resources/hosting-homes/s?q=create%20multiple%20listings&p=1.

I hope it helps!
