cleaning fee

Hi, I'm a new host. I have a question about cleaning fees. When I receive a payout, is the cleaning fee added to the room rate? In other words, does the payout contain both the cleaning fee and the room rate blended together?

@Mark4064 The room rate and cleaning fee appear as 2 separate line items to the guest, but your payout will be all-inclusive, minus the 3% service fee.

I don’t ask for a cleaning fee. But my recent guest was too they were charged fir cleaning. Does Airbnb add a cleaning fee anyway and can I have this removed?
