How do I adjust my monthly rate to create a desired final cost without knowing what Airbnb's attached fees and tax would be?

None of us knows exactly what the guest will be charged once Air BNB fees and any tax is collected, but I do not concern myself with that. What is your concern? You do want to be aware of the host fee charged by Air BNB. Is that what you are looking for? In the US I think it still stays at 3%. Air BNB does not deduct income tax from your payout either as you are an independent contractor, not an employee. Does this help?
