Payments we don’t received for the guest who already check out.

@Paula We guest who check out. upon checking payment which supposed to be deposited to our bank after a day or so. checking my payment history it was USD Payment normally Aud because we are in Australia. Notice the name on payment was different definitely not my name. socall support but no avail for help. I’m with airbnb for the last 8 months without having issue on payment. but this like cyber activity. I’m no expert but our data should be encrypted or something..still trying to receive the said payment.Hoping someone can help me out
