do I need to issue 1099 NEC to airbnb property management

I have a property for short term rental (airbnb) in 2022. The property was managed by a property manager, which I pay management fee, cleaning fee, and any repair fees every month. The total is more than $3000. Do I have to create a 1099 NEC and send a copy to the property management? I am an individual without any business. Thanks.

If you own an STR which you make money from then you are running a business. I would speak to your accountant about how you best manage tax implications @Xiaoxian0

If they are incorporated you don’t need to send a 1099.
