For hosts, where is the earnings summary for 2019?

Still waiting for the 2019 Earnings Summary for my Airbnb units in four states. Airbnb, what is the status, please? When I call in the Airbnb team members say keep trying. I have been, the whole week. Can you give us a more definitive answer? Thank you!

It's the end of February and I still can't get the earnings summary. Anyone have any luck?

Nope.

Today is February 24th and they still haven't solved this issue. 

I downloaded a 2019 ES Report in mid-January, and the nights booked was incorrect. 

I've since received a 1099-K from Airbnb and lo and behold the gross amount does not match the Earnings Summary Report.  

So, I thought... run a new ES Report and maybe things will be fixed.

WRONG! Now, the site won't even generate an ES Report, just an error message.

I spoke with someone over the phone, but they were of little help.

Scroll down on the Earnings Page and near the bottom you see:

view transactions

view tax information

request proof of income

Select request proof of income and Airbnb will send you a link with a report.

Worked for me, but there was one minor discrepancy, one month that was off by $400.

Good to meet you, my name is Lizzie and I am a Community Manager here in the Community Center. I'm sorry to hear you are unable to get your summary reports. I'm going to look into this a bit further and see if I can find out any update for you. 

Before doing so, I just wanted to check what you are experiencing, can you provide any more details. Are you seeing any of the information, if so, is it correct?
