Any body had a enforcement notice from there local council in the uk.

@Mike-And-Jane0 it regarding planning. its basically saying i need planing permission. Am in the Blackpool area

@Steve4000 there are other examples of this on the CC.  It appears that the local council are clamping down on HMOs. Depending on your type of listing and how you operate it you might have inadvertently created an HMO.
