false payment, extortion

Hello.
My credit card was charged twice for CNY 2320.19 online.
And I didn't make any reservations or any payments.
Payment title AIRBNB 14158005959 WC1R 4JS GB.
I reported cheating and extortion to my bank and the police.
Please explain.

@Andrzej24  This is just a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. You'll need to contact Airbnb directly.

I hope your bank was able to stop payment. It appears that someone stole your banking or credit card information and used it to make an Airbnb booking.
