final payment option for VAT and ISR taxes in Mexico

Hello,  I am new to hosting . We have a place in San Miguel De Allende.  I would like to use what AirBNB refers to as an option for "final payment" of VAT and ISR taxes. They also call this definitive payment. In this case they manage all monthly and yearly statements. It states I must SUBMIT a "notice to exercise the option to consider VAT and ISR withholdings as definitive payments" It states I submit this to SAT (tax administrative services) in Mexico. Maybe I need help navigating the SAT site.

Is anyone familiar with this option and how to submit ( ? a form?) to the SAT

@Megan888  If you speak and read Spanish, all the SAT forms are online on their website. If you don't, you'll need a Mexican accountant. Or you can just go to a SAT office, I have always found them to be quite helpful. Although it can be hard to get an appt. these days.

I've been closed to bookings for awhile, due to Covid, so haven't dealt with this yet, so can't direct you to the correct form.
