has anyone got a licence or need planning permission to lets out rooms in there house just looking for some help

@Thomas247 the best advice will come from Glasgow city council. Our council is very willing to answer questions so yours may be too.

Contact Glasgow City Council https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=29672

 

They have lots of information on their website about their STR regulations @Thomas247  and it will tell you if you need a license and if so how to apply for it.
