Hi everyone
Having done the “intro bit”, my question is as follows.
It’s about wet nursing (helping) people set up their Airbnb.
In the Dance center which I run, we have a lot of pupils between 50 and death.
A few have fairly large houses and their children have moved away.
Some are considering renting a spare room. Those who know we rent via Airbnb have asked for tips.
Yes, I know I can introduce them to the platform and maybe earn some pocket money. I’ve already told them and explained how Airbnb works and what they would need to do, (safety, cleaning, calendars, photos, copywriting etc.).
Some in their 60s have less technical knowledge than my wife, don’t have time, or feel it’s too complicated.
Four have already asked, “can’t you do it all for me”?
My question is; if I agree, which is the correct way to do it?
I don’t particularly want to rent and sublet.
Due to time limitations, I would only take on 3-4 places.
Wet nursing can be time-consuming, what is the fairest way to help them?
Any tips from someone doing something similar would help.

I'm very interested in this topic as well as I have been asked to do the same.
I think I may have found something. I was checking out NRW hosting tools recently released.
Scroll down and there was something on "co hosting"
It seems to be that the person/ location needs an account.
With you as Co host for an agreed amount.
Presumably I'd have to sit with the person and set up their account with them, or get their written authority to do it for them.
I guess someone with a brain has a clearer answer

You can set yourself up as a cohost. So you help them set up the listing up under the host's profile and they add you as cohost - I'm sure you've come across the term before. @Ian192
You normally charge them a percentage for whatever services you want to offer plus manage cleaning and laundry. Part of being a cohost to advise on a pricing and marketing strategy, manage day to day guest inquiries spot checks on cleaning, stocking items etc.
You need to get legal advice to draw up a contract between the host and yourself.
