how do I change our pricing

Hi we charge $70.00 for our room , however we are on tank water and have purchased 2 tankers of water in a month at a $400.00 cost, 

We would like the room to be $70.00 for 2 and due water usage, charge a small fee for every extra person , was thinking of $20.00 person a night ?

Any advice appreciated.

Go to listing, go to edit, go to calendar   pricing settings   scroll down to standard fees adn charges   click edit     "extra guests"  enter  $20    "for each guest   after"   enter   2
