Do unlisted your listing , send a message via Airbnb to your guest that you has move out the place and no longer available, follow up contact Airbnb immediately.
Do contact Airbnb support help center , 'live chat ' with the help team ( not an Airbnb bot ) someone here will respond to you in a few minutes, acknowledge to the team about your issues, usually they will pass to the specialist or the case manager, do request them to cancel on the behalf of Airbnb Amin, or else penalties may apply in your case.
