how to increase booking

Hi Deepak

Welcome to Airbnb Community. If you want to increase your booking your need to describe everything follow the Airbnb listing format, if you don't understand how to describe or write info about your property you could take hosting help from community or read the article posted previously.  

The property picture and all photos of listing must be good quality or you can use DSLR camera to shoot the image. You can promote your listing in social media like, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Linkedin etc.

When any guest come to stay in your place serve them well so they will write good review and you need to review them as well. In your property if you have multiple room and you want rent it out separately to increase the booking you could do multiple listing by giving room type. Example: abc home @ master bedroom,  abc home @ middle room, abc home @ single room.

In other way you could learn watching  Airbnb video in YouTube or search in Google.
