i've been renting a 3 bedroom home by individal bedrooms, but someone said renting by whole house gets a much better per night.  Not easy deciding minimum stay and price per night to manage vacancies and overall income.  Are there host clubs in major US cities where folks might have experience and advice.  Cohosts seem to all want to manage rental for 10% or more. wish there were co-hosts - or ???  - one could just pay for advice. Maybe I'll see if any Airbnb staff are knowledgeable ...  Thanks  Jim

You can do both: publish a listing for the whole house and publish a listing for each room.
