@Robinson36 Can you clarify what you mean? Guests are sending inquiry messages asking for a lower rate? If so, just message back telling them you don't discount.
Guests can ask for anything on an inquiry- they can ask you to prepare a gourmet breakfast and dinner, to give them a tour of the city, to let them bring their pet camel. Doesn't mean their desires will be fulfilled.
Inquiries only require a response message within 24 hrs. There is no need to either pre-approve nor decline.
