I agree with @Helen3 DO NOT use a large management company to list your property. They will insist on making themselves listing owner and therefore all reviews stay with them if you part ways. Most of them have a dismal track record as well. Type the name of the one you are considering in the search the community box and you will see all the comments.
It is a much better option to hire an experienced Co Host who will setup the listing under YOUR name as owner and add themselves as Co Host. They can then be named as "Primary Host", but you retain ownership of the listing. If you have to terminate your arrangement, you keep all the reviews and retain control of the listing.
Be sure you complete a written contract and include a failure to perform clause that what will cover you if you have to terminate the agreement due to their poor performance. You should clearly indicate what qualifies as "failure to perform" in the contract. It should also clearly outline what duties you both will perform and for what compensation for the Co Host.
Have you checked first that the property you have bought is eligible under local STR regulations to be used for STR ? @Asif89
i have to do minimum 30 days. Thanks
Post in the New York host group on FB and ask for recommendations for local cohosts .
Check out their reviews and ratings and only work with cohosts who agree to put the listing in your name with them added as your cohost @Asif89

Hi @Asif89 😊
Thank you so much for asking this question here!
Did @Joan2709 and @Helen3 help you make a decision regarding the management company? What do you think about the Co-host option?
I’m sharing the guide with you here 👉How to find and become an experienced Co-Host on Airbnb? , and also our 👉Local Host Clubs to help you connect with local hosts.

Hi @Asif89 😊,
You need to first become a host and register your property on the website. Once registered, you’ll be able to access our Local Host Clubs or find a Co-host through our database.
@Helen3 and @Joan2709, would you mind clarifying this for me?
