i am did not receive my payouts since sep. 2017 to till 0ct 2018 for more then 70 reservation then my listing got unlisted . for this i have been connecting with costumer care over 100 times but they were not helpful to resolve my payout issue . Airbnb owes me INR 1,28,473
Any suggestion to resolve the issue will be so much helpful
@Ajeet1 I this has any semblance of truth to it why have you not taken Airbnb to court??????? It has been years.....
You know perfectly well that Airbnb's T&Cs prohibit users from pursuing recompense through court action (apart from Small Claims, the limits of which Ajeets claim would clearly exceed), so other than to indulge in your apparently favourite pastime of throwing shade on yet another host's truthfulness and credibility - was there really any purpose in you posting that rather snide (but sadly, characteristic) comment?
@Super47 If Emiel's conversion is correct this falls well within the small claims court remit. I just don't know if India has such a thing.

Regardless of what I think or don't think, none of us are in possession of enough relevant information yet to form any sort of informed judgement or opinion on this specific situation. And nowhere does it say that @Ajeet1 has waited "2-3 years to chase these payments" - he clearly states that he has contacted customer service over 100 times. And if you believe for one moment that Ajeet is the only host that has been battling for that length of time to retrieve money that's owed to him by Airbnb, then you're very much mistaken.
At this point, neither you, nor I, nor anyone else has the first idea what the circumstances are here, how much (or how little) the going rate is for listings in Ajeet's market, nor what - if any - avenues were previously open to him in pursuit of recompense.
So let's give the man an opportunity to put the facts forward before you appoint yourself - once again - as judge, jury and executioner, shall we?
PS Is the '?' button on your device jammed? You might need to get that looked at.
If the judicial system in his region is anything like in St. Lucia, it would take an average of 5 years just to get a court date. Even if the judgement is in his favor, actually getting paid is another ordeal.

This is the fourth time you've tagged me in the short while I've been posting on here.
The first time you wrongly accused me of spamming the forum, when your system failures caused my comment to post several times. No apology was forthcoming when I pointed out your error.
The second time, you wrongly accused me of making personal remarks when I had made an entirely generalised comment.
Third time, you (IMO, wrongly) accused me of being 'off-topic' - an allegation I strongly refuted on the thread in question, and still do.
And now, you're cautioning me about 'slightly personal remarks', because I stand up to a member who relentlessly bullies, trolls, insults, scorns and demeans other (particularly new) posters, whilst rarely - if ever - actually helping anyone or contributing anything of value to the forum? But apparently, their behaviour is perfectly acceptable, not only to yourself, but to all the other admins who collectively seem quite willing to turn a blind eye to it?
I'm sorry, but there's something very wrong with this picture.
I think @Mike-And-Jane0 accused @Ajeet1 of lying in the first reply by not believing his post. Are we to treat new community members as liars before they have chance to state their case? New members regularly seem to be easy targets which I would agree with @Super47 about as this happens far too frequently on this forum.
Observance of the community guidelines on libellous accusations might be a worthy reminder to community members you have not already notified.

I wondered since when you discovered (in 2017 or 2018) that you not have been paid ?
Do you mean you already try for more then 3 years to get your payouts ?
And for what reason was your listing closed by Airbnb ?
They amount of money seems to be (according an exchange website) around 1500,- Euro.
For 70 reservations not a lot of money...

I can certainly try, @Helen3. As you rightly mentioned on the Monika thread recently, single incidences of missing host payouts - no matter how egregious - are not really enough for any reporter to run a story with. But when they're kept abreast of a large number of separate cases - and the specifics of each - over time, they start to gain a clearer insight into the huge scale of the problem and in doing so, that tends to give them a sharper perception of the company as a whole, which eventually becomes reflected in all their related articles.
Depending on the specifics though, a story like @Ajeet1 's could potentially be a whole different kettle of fish - a host still being denied dozens of their payouts, 2 years after Airbnb arbitrarily shuts down their account would very possibly be worthy of an investigative reporter's time and interest, in its own right.

Namaste , sorry for being late in the conversation i am in my village an got busy preparing farm land for upcoming crop . thank you an so beautiful to see all of you in conversation. i am little slow at writing an have lots of hesitation with my english is correct or not Now i am here jumping my hesitation wall of english writing to the community of people host an guest. time host i been busy to hosting guest taking them around my beautiful city an managing my restaurant. i loved the way airbnb is connecting us an i thought money will come after the issue will be solved. The reason the airbnb Community Education Specialist told me my payout method is not being approved with some technical issue then i been told to add the bank details again serval of times then they ask me to change bank account details i followed them open new bank account but still didn't work i been asked to contact my bank serval times i did it noting worked . then my case been forwarded to serval specialists being they looked an figure it out my account is not being approved by payoneer ( airbnb uses for transferring money in indian Bank accout ) an i been told by airbnb to contact payoneer then i spent my time to contact payoneer costumer care for many days they don't share much information . i visited there seminar in my city to find the solution then finally payoneer told me to contact airbnb . spent my time contacting both. an no solution .then i see there other people wrote on community same payout issue an thought community will give me the good advise . had a hope again that i will get my money . better to figure it out without going to court . going to court will cost me an i am not sure how long will it take . but in the end if nothing will work then court for sure .its really hard time here no jobs no money but full life with family an nature.

So yours is a story that comes up all the time, and sadly, there are lots of hosts all around the world who share your experiences with this. I'd imagine you must be exhausted with it all by now!
Can I just ask, did you close your listing account yourself, or did Airbnb shut it down? If so, what reason - if any - were you given? Also, do you still have any documentation or screenshots relating to your account as it was then, and did Airbnb ever provide you with any documentation to show that your payouts had been disbursed by them?
Do you have any idea of the source your payouts originated from? (For example, was it Airbnb Payments India Pvt. Ltd?) And was Payoneer the only option available at the time to have your payouts transferred to your bank account?
