month and year end reports

Hi hosts, 

I have been a very busy host for the last three years and I'm trying to find a way to keep better books so that tax time will be easier.  Can you share what you use in the way of software?  Also, do you do month end reporting and then year end reporting?  I really need to be better organized and would love your advice!

I download the CSV files from Transaction History. Then import them in a spreadsheet. With some extra work (although the data is correct, Airbnb should do a better job by providing separate columns for VAT, Taxes etc) , i have all the info i need.

You can select a time period (e.g. year 2020).

Also "list of reservations" can be downloaded as CSV file.
