not getting paid

I was supposed to be paid on  April 29th. Still waiting.  

Airbnb acknowledges that they have not paid me and can't explain it.  

I called about it yesterday, and they promised to call back or email me in   24 hours.  I haven 't heard a peep from them.  

I am worried they are going down.  

Anyone else missing a payment or getting paid very slowly?

I've been waiting for a 5K payment for over a month. I know the money left the guest account and into Airbnb, but I've got nothing on my end.

To get paid in a reasonable length of time - ensure that your preferred method of payment is selected as DEFAULT from the pull down menu.  Stupid I know - especially if you only have one method of payment but it must be set as default
