Customer service for this company is the most incompetent i have ever dealt with. Ask for United States Customer Service you get someone in Pakistan I have been dealing with them for 3 weeks now and they have still not given me my payout
What reason is Airbnb giving for not paying you?
Try contacting Airbnb after normal business hours (after 7pm PT) - you are more likely to get a US based agent.
They haven't, they can deposit a penny in my account Twice. But having trouble getting $1000. in it
Not sure if PayPal is an option for your location with Airbnb, but you might want to switch to PayPal instead until they can figure this out. Not sure if that will make things worse or not, but if it works at least you maybe will get paid.

Don't know of any other phone number for Airbnb CS. I have heard Hosts say they get better results when calling after 7pm Pacific Time.
Did you recently change anything on your account? Try to change to a business name or change default payment options?
Have you received any emails about re-verifying your ID?
I change banks, filled out new payout method, I failed to change the default. Sent $ to wrong bank, got $ back. Got verified not once but twice have the 2 pennies but for some reason they can't put the $1000 they owe me
Yes...this happens when you change banks and the original pymt is sent to a closed bank account. It will continue in this endless loop as Airbnb will tell you it has to go to the original payment method...which is closed. It will show sent, then be bounced back by the bank and the loop will start all over again.
I would change your default payment method to PayPal and then instruct Airbnb to pay to your PayPal account as the old bank account is closed and the bank will not re-open it and will continue to send the money back to Airbnb.
Once you get the payment at PayPal, you can then change the default method of payment to you new bank account.

More and more Airbnb is relying on AI automation. That is fine up to a point. Once there is a "glitch in the matrix" like continuing to send funds to a closed bank account, it's almost like you are stuck in AI loops that go no where. A human being needs to be assigned to repeated issues/cases with a closed bank account, instead of CS stating the payment has to go to the original payout method when it obviously can't. Airbnb obviously knows the payment is kicked back. Then build a system that catches that and routes the issue to a human who can resolve it; not continuing to do the same thing over and over with the same result. I believe that is what some call the definition of "crazy'. 🙄
