payment not received after a week.

Hi, 

 

I restarted hosting last weekend, after a long period of time without doing it. The account I used to have has been removed. I added another one but when my guest left last week, I noticed that the account was tagged as "error". So I deleted it and added another one. I received the 0.01AUD on the new one and now, the new one is tagged as "default". But I didn't received the payout of my guest, and there is nothing marked in "upcoming payout" or "completed payout"

 

How to get support on that please?
