payment not send after guest checked in 2 days ago

I have not received any email of Airbnb that payment is on the way. Normally I receive such an email about 24 hours after checkin.

What went wrong? The payment is bigger that the minimum payout amount set by us. 

Who can help? When will I receive an email that my payment is on its way?

Did you check the status of the payout in Transaction History pages ?
