what card can i use to make booking payment? when the card will be charged ? upon check in?

You can use any debit or credit card.

You will be charged at the moment of booking. Airbnb will hold the money, and give the money to your host 1 day after your check in. If you are booking in advance (I think 6 weeks before the trip date) you are given the option to split the payment in 2 - half at booking and half about 2 weeks before the trip date.

If you are booking closer to the trip date, then you have to do only 1 payment.
