I wrote in my announcement that guests can choose to clean themselves, not having to pay cleaning fee. But how can we technically reduce payment? My guest didn't find an option to turn down cleaning fee.

@Torgrim-Espolin0 you will need to use the resolution centre.

I have to add that allowing guests to clean themselves is likely to get you low cleaning scores as one guests view of what is acceptable will be very different to another guests!

Also how do you know they will understand and comply with the enhanced cleaning protocols?
