payout not received

Hi I have been an Airbnb host now for three years. This Xmas I had two lots of guests staying over Xmas and I am still trying desperately to receive my payout of seven thousand dollars .

Hi there, 

Well the customer support people have no idea and they keep telling me that they are red flagging it as urgent to the technical support team and then I hear nothing at all. I keep saying if it's something that I need to do just tell me and I'll do it but I get no response and just keep getting told that someone will contact me. Thus has been going on for right weeks I'm so frustrated .
