payout of WU sent incorrectly

Hi, 3 months ago airbnb sent me money incorrectly via WU, and airbnb said to me, that dont worry after 90 days the payout will expire and you will receive the money, and its been 90 days and i havent received anything, i have messaged them so many times and no ones is helping
