payout on hold

Been hosting for 3 years, never had this issue.

 

My payouts are on hold for identity verification, I have updated ID and now I can't find any way to reach out to AirBnB.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

Multiple Hosts have experienced the same thing. Airbnb can require re-verification of Host (and Guest IDs). Warnings were sent, but to the traveling side of your account and many Hosts didn't see the warning:

You'll have to continue to contact Airbnb CS via phone or chat to resolve. When you go to your Account under Personal Info does it say Idenitity Verified?
