How do I communicate that there will be a fee assessed for late check outs? Where do I put that in the listing?

This happened to me, and I hope it does not happen to anyone else. With Airbnb's 2, 3, & 4 step verification, someone was able to change the payout method on my account without my knowledge. What I am saying is that someone has been receiving my payouts. How could this possibly happen? When I call about this, I spent 20 -30 minutes talking to someone who cannot do anything for me, and they send me up to the next level where I spend another 20 - 30 minutes talking to someone else who cannot help me.
It would be great to have a direct line to the top of the line so as to not waste all of this time, just trying to find out how someone was able to hack my Airbnb payout account and get my payouts sent to my bank account.
I have been on the phone while typing this up for about an hour. I was just told by another person that they needed to pass me up the line to the next level and that they would call me back. What if they don't call me back? I guess I have to start at the bottom again as I have done for the last three days.
By the way, my payments have been going to Marghiol Ionut Robert, IBAN with an account ending in 2222 in EURO dollars.

Hello @Lemon-Bay0
I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through a tough time right now.
I just wanted to let you know that even though we are not part of the AirBnb Customer Service team, I've gone ahead and forwarded your issue to the team that can help. Hopefully they will be able to get back to you quickly.
Please keep us updated on how things are going and I really hope that this situation gets resolved soon.

Paula,
I have not been contacted or heard anything from Airbnb.

Paula,
The team has reached out and they said that I would be receiving the payouts that were sent to someone else's account. I am still waiting and will let you know when it happens.
This happened to me i had to deal with Airbnb for so many days, exactly what had happened to you i loss 1.400 USD, they didn't care about it , now i sue Airbnb at court , i am suggesting you the same thing you will be talking with them for so many days and they will not resolve or give you the money , So you gonna win if you not call them anymore and just put them on Court.
As long as hackers can do anything they want with Airbnb and Payooner all who will loss is us, so for so many reason i did collect many evidences to have a full file to present to court.
My suggestiong you wont win nothing with Airbnb just put them on court.
I find it amazing that I started a conversation yesterday about my payouts being sent to someone else, and now I cannot find that conversation.
All of my payouts have been sent to someone that was able to gain access to my account, where he changed the payout method without any ID verification.
This is my 4th day of waiting for a resolution to this issue. Everyday I call in and when you call Airbnb you must start at the bottom of the ladder. That person cannot help, so you waste 15 - 20 minutes until the move you up the ladder and that person cannot help me either. So, I move up another step and that person cannot help. The person who is supposed to be able to help is unavailable and is supposed to call me back, but they never call back.
Today the person at the first level told me that my case has not been forwarded to anyone who is supposed to be able to help. I am starting over at the same point I was at 4 days ago.
Frustrating to say the least.
Is there a forum where the owners read what is being written about their business? Please let me know.
If they keep ignoring my situation, they may think that I will forget about it and go away. Wrong thought.
Is there an address of the Headquarters of Airbnb. If someone can send me the address, I will pack my bags and go there. Maybe I can find someone to help there.

Hello @Lemon-Bay0,
Here you can find both posts merged so that all the answers are in one place.
As mentioned before, I have already forwarded your issue to the team that can help, and I hope they will contact you soon.

Paula,
I appreciate that you sent it to someone whom you believe can help. The guy I talked to today told me that my case has not been elevated to the next level. It went to no one to work on it. I am thinking of flying to San Francisco to try to talk to a top executive of the company. But, I am sure it would be a wasted trip.
It seems that there are many Hosts in the same situation as I am in. If enough of you read this post and are interested in a Class Action Lawsuit if no one from Airbnb helps us resolve these issues, let me know.
Helen,
What I am saying is that somehow, someone was able to bypass ALL of the 2, 3, & 4 step verifications in Airbnb and change the Payout methods on my account. All of my payouts have been going to someone else. It has not happened anywhere else that I have my properties listed. I cannot understand why Airbnb has not even consulted with me about this. I haven't heard anything from them.
Hello @Lemon-Bay0
Have you reported this to the Police?
It's also important you report it to your local Privacy/ Data Protection office as it appears to be a breach of your Personal information by a 3rd party.
Go through your Log on Host Activity under your account and also exercise your right to try request your ABB Data information as there may be information in their who has somehow accessed your account and when.
Be mindful ABB do have contracted 3rd party providers who may well have had Privacy Breaches / Data Breaches.
Keep an eye under news using the aforementioned keywords as from time to time Airbnb is mentioned in news articles relating to such unfortunate incidents and may well be tied in with one of those incidents.
All the best
