question about Partnership with another host

Dear Airbnb community,

I have a 7 years old Airbnb listing, and I'm a super host since 5 years.
Lately I got introduced to a lady who lives in another city, and who would like to work with me, to build an Airbnb listing for a fully furnished room in her home, that's not in use, knowing she's not familiar with Airbnb, and not so good in English aswell!

I've suggested to add her room to my listings & to add her as a co-host in my account to build up on my account, since I'm a super host, and experienced in Airbnb, which is a big advantage! But she would like to start from scratch a new account with both of us.

My questions are:
1) is it possible to start an Airbnb account with two account holders? And if yes, how would be the connection with bank accounts, account holder names.. etc. And if not what would be the other options to start an account with both of us?

2) Is it possible to start an account and to add my & her existing accounts as co-hosts to this new account to be able to benefit from my super host status?

3) what would be the fair share for both of us, since she would provide the room & all the cleaning, check in & out services, and I would provide my experience in Airbnb, and dealing with all the platform demands: starting from arranging the place to be suitable for guests (I'm an interior designer), to take good quality photos, write all the needed details for the listing, and do all the platform communications with guests & support if needed.

Your insights are highly appreciated!

Thank you so much in advance 🙏

I've meant adding my existing profile as co-host & hers as well, since she already have one but inactive.

In my search now I found something called: Airbnb business profile for hosts who would like to expand their business.. it might be a solution for us, since we might add other listings in the future.

Especially that I feel it's a new collaboration that might be expanded, so I feel it shouldn't be part of my own profile not hers. And in this case if we decide to terminate the partnership, we can close it without any harm or benefit for any of us.
