refund money

I have a booking from Gary and he wants to cancel.  He wants a refund which I am willing to give him all his prepay.  How  does that work as I dons see his payment in my bank account.  I assume he goes to you for a refund that I ok

@Fran11291 this is a community centre not Airbnb.

Bit of advice - If Gary wants to cancel it is up to him to do so. If you cancel for him you will be fined and the dates blocked in your calendar.

Also you will not get paid until after the guest would have checked in.

Finally you cannot give back the Airbnb service fees - Only Airbnb can do this.
