It's been 4 months now that airbnb owes me money. I've been writing over and over to them via the different channels (airbnb customer help, email, twitter, instagram, Facebook). They rarely reply to my messages.

The most shocking is that they give opposite infirmation to both the host and I. On the one hand, they tell the host I have been reimbursed, which is absolutely not true. On the other hand, they tell me the host hasn't approved my refund request. So dishonest! This is called theft! What a shame!
