starting a property management company

I have a current property listed on Airbnb and have a personal account.  I now have a property management company that I will be managing others listings under that new name.  I started a new Airbnb account under that name but it does not allow me to put in any company information.  I click the professional hosting tools under profile and it just says I am already using them.  Anyone else have this issue and able to resolve it.

I found this useful Help Center article that explains 👉 How to update company info on an account, are you able to follow those steps? 

 

  • Select Account
  • In the list of options under Account, select Professional hosting tools
  • In the Company section, click or tap Manage
  • Under Business details, click or tap Add Your Business Details
  • Add your company’s information and click or tap Save business details

If it's not working, have you tried going through some initial troubleshooting such as logging out then back in, using a different browser, or deleting cookies?
