Our city is voting in November whether to ban STRs in non-owner occupied homes.  I'm already getting requests for next summer.  In the event this ill-conceived proposal passes, will I be able to honor these reservations if I accept them now?

Hi @Martha-And-David1 ! That's a tough situation, I hope the vote turns out in your favour. 

I'd assume the proposal would elaborate whether standing reservations can still be honoured or not. As this is a global Community Center, it can be a challenge to find someone local to discuss topics like these with.
