I'm lost here and very confused. For my rental to be seen and booked, do I now have to contract and be linked to another source to help me optimize the listings? I keep seeing different companies/apps, such as guesty, booking.com, and many others, offering help. Given how badly my business is doing and what I read, it seems like there's a surplus of rooms. Does the Airbnb algorithm no longer work?
It used to be a time when 1 month wouldn't go by without being booked but, in the past 6 months my booking went to a couple of days booked every 2 months, meaning I haven't been able to make money and see is getting worse.
i used to have to only 1 room available now I have 3 all nicely setup in a beautiful house I'm counting with rental income to pay mortgage if my business keeps doing so poorly I might end up without a home,
what's happening? is my listing lost where I can't be seen ? i have tried pricing lower with no response
what can I do? thank you
