The listing status says they're published and people can book, but the listing has been paused. First, one was suspended, then all, then one became active again, it was booked, and now it is suspended again. What could be the problem?

Hello @Марина70

We are consistently adapting and learning from our efforts with the Ukraine crisis. To that end, some listings have indeed been removed and some bookings cancelled, and all those affected are being contacted. The best way to contribute via the platform is to go through Airbnb.org, who works with non-profits to assist refugees and help find them emergency stays.

I hope this helps.

Please stay safe 🇺🇦

Booking Airbnb’s was initially started to support individual home share hosts in the Ukraine, to give them some income.  It was also advised that those booking should avoid hosts with multiple listings.  Airbnb, quite rightly, have been taking a lot of time and are  carefully scrutinising all new and multiple listings to make sure that these are genuine as sadly may of them are not.  In one instance, a Ukrainian host increased their listings from two rooms, to thirty.  Also, many who have never used Airbnb before also are creating new listings.   Airbnb are really doing their best and also have a programme where you can donate a property for refugees to stay for free.
