175 Euro not paid by airbnb

I am a host,

7 years ago, someone staid in my home,  airbnb paid the 175 Euro, as expected

Last week, for no reason, they substracted the paiement of 175 Euro  as if the reservation was canceled (7 years ago)!

But it was not canceled, we made and received a review?

Why do they change things after 7 years?

Is their DB corrupted?

I claimed this issue to Airbnb during several hours, Airbnb just answer BLA BLA
SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU, since one week, no real answer

What can I do?
