2 Guests have instantly booked my room for 1 Guest and the rate is different - what can I do?

I had accidently approved a guest who booked for 1 person when there are 2 people.

Payment is to happend soon. How can I stop this before payment goes through?

My reservations - Change or Cancel - CHANGE. put in new price, wait for guest approval.

Or remove pre-approval.

Hi Sandra,

There is No "My reservation" It has Your reservation and that is where I can see my own Airbnb bookings That I made when I travel.

Thus cannot do a "Change". Status is "Awaiting Payment."

Remove pre-approval, they haven't instant booked if payment is awaiting! You can amend it once they have paid.

There is no pre-approval as she booked & I just click "accept"

Hi Shirley, you can just request to 'change reservation' and amend the number of guest. The payment should also change and wait for the guest to approve and you will receive the extra payment. cheers
