2 Rental properties would I get 2 1099K's?

My gross earnings/payouts for both of my properites are all on one page added together, so should I assume I will just get one 1099K?

Most likely, since you only have one account with Airbnb, you would get just one 1099. Either way, it shouldn't make a difference.
