Just send them the link of the other property and inform them that the other property is free.

If they click on your icon, they should see the 2 property listed.

I am confused by your listings as they appear in the pictures as the same listing, only a different name.  If dates are not available for the guest during the search process for a listing, the listing should  not even show up for the guest to inquire about.  You might want to check to ensure your calendars are correct.  Sometimes a system glitch will unblock dates.
