Hi I am a host, my guest just cancelled her reservation 3 days to arrival.

My cancellation Policy says 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival.

What am i to do? do i get compensated? Because Calendar shows 0.00 payout

Have a look at Airbnb Help Centre and the useful community guides on these forums to help you better understand how Airbnb works.

On the Help Centre it tells you about the process when a guest cancels. In summary;

1. They go into their booking and cancel

2. You will be paid out 50% due as you normally would approximately two days after the guest was due to arrive.

Unless their cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances in which case the guest gets a full refund.

... so far the cancellation policy is not respected. Any idea how to reach Airbnb justification?

For example, if guests make a reservation for one month and change to a one night night appointment, you will be able to use it for the first night without paying a cancellation fee.
This can only be thought of as a misconfiguration of Airbnb.
I think that it is a case to be improved immediately.
